Homemade device explodes near bank in center of Athens

A homemade device has exploded outside a bank in central Athens, Report informs referring to TASS.

The explosion of a device made from gas canisters and a canister of gasoline occurred at dawn near a bank branch on Trion Ierarchon Street in the center of Athens. The bank suffered material damage. There were no casualties.

The Greek Anti-Terrorism Service began an investigation into the incident.
