Hakan Fidan: Türkiye to introduce new countermeasures against Israel

The Turkish authorities have decided to gradually introduce some new countermeasures against Israel, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told journalists, Report informs referring to TASS.

“There is no excuse for Israel to block our efforts to deliver aid to the people of the Gaza Strip. Due to this situation, we have decided to introduce a number of new measures against Israel. These measures, approved by President Erdogan, will be implemented immediately and in a phased manner. They will remain in effect until Israel declares a complete ceasefire and allows humanitarian aid to enter Gaza unhindered,” he said.

The Turkish diplomat didn’t specify what specific countermeasures against Israel were being discussed.
