France plans to supply Ukraine with about 20 Bastion armored personnel carriers, Report informs via Tribune.
According to Tribune’s sources, a contract between the French manufacturer Arquus, owned by the Swedish group Volvo, and the French Ministry of Defense is in progress.
The contract has not yet been concluded, but the delivery of 20 Bastion armored vehicles to Ukraine can be completed as soon as possible.
Bastion is capable of carrying up to 10 people. It is planned to send a combat model to Kyiv, on which it will be possible to install a 12.7 mm machine gun.
