The EU agrees with the UN that Israel’s demand that some 1.1 million Palestinians evacuate to the south of Gaza Strip should not lead to serious humanitarian consequences, spokesperson for the European Commission Eric Mamer said, Report informs referring to TASS.
Such warnings and the expected movements of large parts of the population should not lead, as the UN has emphasized, to serious humanitarian consequences, he noted.
