Borrell: No justification for anyone to target innocent civilians

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, has condemned the brutal killing of 260 festival participants in Israel by Hamas militants, Report informs.

"3,000 young people were out celebrating at a festival, when they were ambushed. It is now clear that 260 of them were brutally murdered by Hamas. Others were taken hostage by the terrorists. There can be no justification for anyone to target innocent civilians, ever,” he wrote on X.
