US Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke Saturday with Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Report informs, citing the US Department of State.
Secretary Blinken thanked Prime Minister Al Thani for Qatar’s important assistance in securing the release of two Americans held hostage by Hamas. They discussed efforts to secure the immediate and safe return of all hostages and reaffirmed the strategic partnership between the United States and Qatar.
