Blast heard in diplomatic quarter of Afghan capital Kabul

Baku. 22 August. REPORT.AZ/ A loud blast was heard in the diplomatic area of Kabul  today followed by blaring alarms, Report informs citing Reuters. 

There was no immediate confirmation of what caused the blast of whether there were any casualties.
