In particular, in addition to those on the lists of the US, the EU, the UK, Canada (Suleiman Kerimov, German Gref, Andrey Kostin, Oleg Tinkov, Evgeny Shvidler, German Khan, Andrey Melnichenko, Viktor Rashnikov, Vadim Moshkovich, Leonid Mikhelson, Vladimir Potanin, Dmitry Mazepin and etc.), the sanctions also included Vladimir Lisin, Vagit Alekperov, Alexander Abramov, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, Andrey Bokarev, Oleg Boyko.
The sanctions included not only government officials (Dmitry Grigorenko, Yuri Trutnev, Anton Siluanov, Maxim Reshetnikov), but also the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
