The sending country will ensure that personnel participating in the Caucasian Eagle Special Forces exercise are vaccinated with jabs prescribed by the World Health Organization (WHO) prior to entering the country where the exercises will take place, Report informs.
This is reflected in the bill on approval of the Memorandum "On Mutual Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Georgia on the exercises of the special forces 'Caucasian Eagle.'”
To be able to carry out any action under the memorandum of understanding, the personnel of the sending country must be fit in terms of health. A medical certificate from ESO confirming eligibility is required.
