Azerbaijani parliament mulls amendments to laws regarding new rules for taxi operation

Draft amendments to the laws relating to the activities of taxis, passenger transportation and cargo transportation in Azerbaijan have been discussed in the first reading at today’s meeting of the parliament, Report informs.

The drafts were presented by Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Tahir Mirkishili.

Later, the deputies will speak on the draft amendments to the laws "On Road Transport", "On Road Traffic", "On State Duty" and the Tax Code.
