TV watchdog to be replaced by Audiovisual Council

The National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) will be abolished and an Audiovisual Council will be established, Report informs, citing a decree by President Ilham Aliyev on the application of the law "On Media" and the regulation of a number of issues arising from it.
