Pakistan Daily editor Hamza Azhar Salam has shared a post about Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on X, Report informs.

The journalist posted a photo with the head of state and noted nine aspects that impressed him about the Azerbaijani leader.

“9 things I noticed about President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

1. He can communicate in English, Turkish, Azerbaijani, French and Russian.

2. He can answer tough questions for over 3 hours without any breaks or even taking a sip of water.

3. He can quote financial figures regarding many different projects from memory.

4. He is aware of the media ecosystems of various countries, possibly due to his morning press briefings.

5. He is far more accessible for journalists than many Western leaders.

6. He sometimes laces his speeches/answers with a sprinkle of humour.

7. His discourse seem to incline towards peace in the caucuses but as a leader he remains prepared for any eventuality.

8. He knows how to give respect to his allies and ensure deterrence from his enemies.

9. He is frank, no non sense and likes to work with a talented, hard working team which understands the high standard of his work ethic,” the Pakistani editor wrote.
