Restoration of Topkhana forest begins in Azerbaijan’s Shusha

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have planted trees on Jidir Plain in Shusha city as part of a campaign to plant 44,000 trees across the country in honor of the 44-day war leading to victory, Report informs.
The measures to restore the ecological balance in the territories liberated from the occupation provide for the restoration of the Topkhana forest in Shusha. As part of the project of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, volunteers of the Regional Development Public Association held a campaign to plant trees in the Topkhana forest.
