According to the President of the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE), Emmanuel Dupuy, both Azerbaijan and Armenia have lost confidence in France.
"Both Azerbaijan and Armenia are against France. The Armenian side believes that France did not support them during the war in Nagorno-Karabakh. In Azerbaijan, the attitude to France, as a country that supports the Armenians, is not good. Thus, after the recent Karabakh war, France has lost the confidence of both countries," the expert said.
According to him, France, which has lost the Turks' respect for hostile attitude and got Russians' anger over Navalny, is likely to be excluded entirely from the reconstruction process in Nagorno-Karabakh.
