US starts pizza production from waste

A food waste pizza factory has opened in San Francisco, USA, Report informs, referring to Waste 360.
The brand, called Ugly Pickle Co., was created by chefs David Murphy and Kayla Abe. Cooks want to show that food waste can be minimized in everyday life.
They also expect that such a start-up will help farmers to purchase components for pizza production.
