UK to test brain implant to improve mood

UK's National Health Service will test a brain implant that potentially can improve a person's mood.
Report informs via the Guardian that the devices may have the potential to help patients with conditions such as depression, drug addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and epilepsy.
The device will deliver special ultrasound pulses to "activate" clusters of neurons. Its safety and tolerability will be tested on approximately 30 patients.
