Turkish minister: Zangazur Corridor contributes to unification of entire Turkic world

The opening of the Zangazur Corridor will be an important step contributing to the unification of the entire Turkic world, Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu said at the 7th meeting of the transport ministers of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States in Azerbaijan's Zangilan, Report informs.

“The Zangazur Corridor, which will provide direct rail and road transport between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, is an important step that will contribute to the unification of the entire Turkic world. It is also vital for the normalization of the situation in the Caucasus,” he noted.

Uraloglu emphasized that Türkiye continues close cooperation with Azerbaijan in the implementation of this project, which meets the interests of all countries in the region.
