State agency issues storm warning to ships sailing in Caspian Sea

The Vessel Traffic Control Center of the State Maritime and Port Agency of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport issued a storm warning to ships sailing in the territorial waters of Azerbaijan.
According to Report, the Agency reported an expected strong northwest wind in the Caspian Sea from the morning of January 13 to the morning of January 14.
"In the open sea, the wind speed can reach 32 m/s. The height of the waves in the sea will reach 3-4 meters, and 6.5 meters with stronger winds," the message says.
