Dutch firms show interest in Azerbaijan’s water sector

Dutch companies are interested in improving water and sewage systems in Azerbaijan, Aleksander Khodakov, regional sales manager of the Netherlands’ Nijhuis Saur Industries, said at the Caspian Water Innovation Forum held in Baku, Report informs.

“We see potential for cooperation in these fields. As in many countries, water leakage from pipes is an issue in Azerbaijan. Dutch companies offer solutions to address this problem. Additionally, our companies can also gain valuable insights from Azerbaijan. The climate in Absheron is quite unique, and the agricultural technologies used here are particularly intriguing to us,” he added.
