Mikayil Jabbarov: Nearly 25,000 citizens use Coursera platform

Nearly 25,000 citizens in Azerbaijan have used the Coursera platform to date, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said, Report informs.

Jabbarov made the remark at the event titled "Industry 4.0 Forum - The Industry of the Future: Technology and Human Power" held in Baku.

The minister noted that the 4SI Academy project, implemented within the framework of a public-private partnership with the joint support of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Science and Education, and with the participation of the US company Coursera, plays a crucial role in this field.

"As part of the program, the percentage of Azerbaijani users obtaining certificates has doubled compared to the previous year," the minister noted.
