Chingiz Huseynzada: ‘Azerbaijan becomes a well-known sports country worldwide’

Azerbaijan has become a well-known sports country in the world, the vice-president of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Azerbaijan Chingiz Huseynzada said at a joint press conference of the NOC and Visa, Report informs.

The vice president stated that the Olympic Movement is developing in Azerbaijan: "The establishment of the Olympic Movement in Azerbaijan has been achieved to a certain extent. Azerbaijan host the first European Games, Islamic Solidarity Games, European and World Championships in a number of sports. The partners of the National Olympic Committee in the implementation of these events they were with us all the time.”

“I hope that along with all our sponsors, including Visa, we will win more victories in Paris," Huseynzada added.
