IBAR sues the machine-building plant

Baku. 16 November. REPORT.AZ/ International Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (IBAR) has filed a lawsuit against Machine-Building Plant named after Sardarov.
Report informs, the bank requires the plant to recover the debt.
Baku Administrative-Economic Court №1 satisfied the claim. Baku Court of Appeal returned the complaint.
The claim will be considered by the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
