Android's share in mobile device market in Azerbaijan keeps falling down

In December 2024, the Android operating system's share in mobile device market in Azerbaijan was 81.29%, according to Statcounter, Report informs.

This represents a decrease of 1.33 percentage points compared to November 2024 and 2.53 percentage points compared to a year ago. Consequently, Android's market share on mobile devices has been declining for the second consecutive month.

During this period, the iOS operating system's market share increased by 1.33 percentage points compared to November and by 2.31 percentage points compared to December 2023, reaching 18.14%.

In December, Android's market share on tablets increased by 2.39 percentage points monthly and by 20.87 percentage points annually, reaching 93.25%.

In contrast, iOS's market share on tablets was 6.75%, which is 2.35 percentage points lower than in November and 20.83 percentage points lower compared to a year ago.
