Global COVID tally exceeds 585 million

The number of people ever infected with coronavirus worldwide has exceeded 585,143,027, Report informs.
During the pandemic, 6,424,682 people died of COVID-19 in the world, while just over 555,361,787 recovered from the ailment.
The highest numbers of coronavirus cases are registered in the United States (93,319,702 and 1,055,975 deaths), India (440,85,324), France (33,960,131), Brazil (33,890,428), Germany (31,044,554), Great Britain (23,304,479), Italy (21,170,600) and South Korea (20,052,305).
