Azerbaijan is one of the most active members of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Firmin Edouard Matoko, the Assistant Director-General of the Africa Department and External Relations of UNESCO, said, Report informs.
Chairperson of the Executive Board of UNESCO, Tamara Rastovac Siamashvili, said that Azerbaijan has successes in some fields: “Azerbaijan’s activity within the UNESCO is highly appreciated.”
