Ukrainian Ambassador: GUAM needs new impetus

Baku. 8 May. REPORT.AZ/ "We want to give a new impetus to the GUAM."
Report informs, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alexander Mishchenko said to journalists today.
According to him, the member countries of this organization, has common problem - a violation of their territorial integrity.
"It's necessary to develop a new concept, a new mechanism to ensure that this structure to be more effective and proactive in solving this problem", said A.Mishchenko.
