Azerbaijan has made great strides since regaining its independence, the British ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, wrote on X, Report informs.
"On October 18, 1991, Azerbaijan regained its independence, and since then, the country has made great strides. Congratulations to everyone on this wonderful holiday - Independence Restoration Day!" he wrote.
