France is a criminal country and cannot teach anyone, Pierre Qaeze, municipal councilor of the Lifou commune in New Caledonia, said at the international conference “Neocolonialism: Violation of Human Rights and Injustice” in Baku, Report informs.

He called for determining the further direction of action to combat colonialism: "We need to know what to do after our discussions today. We need to expand our ranks to achieve results. The Baku Initiative Group has created ample opportunities for us, and we would like to use them more correctly. I invite Ethiopia, Kenya and other countries to also join our ranks. We have talked with other fraternal countries, they can join us and make their proposals," he noted.
