OIC delegation completes visit to Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli district

A delegation led by the chairman of the OIC Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) completed visit to Fuzuli.
According to Report's Karabakh Bureau, the guests were informed about the Armenian vandalism in the Garakhanbayli cemetery during the occupation. It was noted that all the tombstones were taken out of there.
The guests also got acquainted with the ruins of the historical center of Fuzuli and the new residential area, and also met with the survivors of the Armenian occupation.
During a visit to the Fuzuli district, members of the OIC delegation also visited the Fuzuli International Airport, built after liberation from the occupation.

At the invitation of Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva, a delegation led by the chairman of the OIC Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC), arrived in Fuzuli.
According to Report's Karabakh Bureau, the delegation will get acquainted with the cemeteries of Karahanbayli and Mardinli, Mardinli Mosque, the ruins of the historical center of Fuzuli and the new residential area, and also meet with victims of the Armenian occupation.
The main goal of the trip is to study at the site the facts of the destruction by Armenia of religious and cultural monuments, cemeteries belonging to Azerbaijanis, preparation of a report on the results of the mission and presenting it to the international community.
