Novruz Mammadov: "Countries with solid resources for accessing international scene have monopolized the processes"

Baku. 15 September. REPORT.AZ/ "Some European nations believe that all the countries have obligations to them, but they have none of their own".
Report informs, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan (PA), Chief of the Presidential Administration's Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov posted on his Twitter page.
"Countries with solid resources for accessing international scene have monopolized the processes. Based on self-interests, they are expanding these processes in different shape, content and direction. That’s how public opinion is shaped.Apparently, while incessantly highlighting universal values, the West and Europe have no remaining values whatsoever".
