ICRC Azerbaijan office moved from Khankandi to Barda

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is rebuilding its activities in the Karabakh region, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC Office in Azerbaijan, said in response to Report's inquiry.

He said that the activities of the ICRC covering those areas will be managed from the Barda office:

"We will continue to support people in need."
