ICRC in dialogue with Armenia in relation to detention of Azerbaijani serviceman

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is in a confidential bilateral dialogue with the concerned authorities in relation to the detention of an Azerbaijani serviceman, Report informs.
"According to its mandate, the ICRC visits detained individuals to monitor treatment and detention conditions and support them to maintain contact with their families," ICRC Azerbaijan said on X.
