Hakan Fidan: Ceasefire in Gaza important for Türkiye

The ceasefire in Gaza is of great importance to Türkiye, and Ankara hopes for its long-term nature, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said at a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku, Report informs.

The minister emphasized that Türkiye will continue to take necessary steps to ensure stability in the region.

"Without a normalization process in the region, stability is impossible for both Israel and Palestine," he noted.
