GUAM chief congratulates President Ilham Aliyev

GUAM Secretary General Altai Efendiev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
According to Report, in his letter Guliyev congratulated the head of state and the people of Azerbaijan on the Victory Day.
