He said that Georgia and Azerbaijan have mutual support on all important issues and adequate approaches regarding problematic issues. "The relations of friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries were emphasized at the meeting. The parties paid special attention to joint projects. Transport potential of Georgia and Azerbaijan was discussed in terms of involving shipment from Central Asia."
The meeting also touched upon the TANAP and the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project: "There is a great competition in the world. This is why Georgia and Azerbaijan should work together to maintain the competitiveness of the transport highways."
