EU High Representative meets with Prime Minister of Lebanon

The High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, met with the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati, Report informs.
"The situation in southern Lebanon, the impact of the Gaza war and the situation in Syria were at the heart of discussions with PM Najib Mikati. We agreed to work together through diplomacy towards de-escalation and long-term stability, which are in the interest of everyone," Borrell said on X.
