The caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the successful completion of anti-terrorist measures in Azerbaijan and the full restoration of Azerbaijan's sovereignty, Report informs.
He emphasized that Pakistan has always supported the righteous and fair position of Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the congratulations and highly appreciated Pakistan's political-diplomatic support to Azerbaijan during the nearly 30-year-long occupation, as well as during the 44-day Patriotic War and Armenia's recognition as an occupying state.
