Bayramov: Relations between Baku and Paris are at their lowest level

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said that the relations between Baku and Paris are at their lowest level today.
According to Report, the minister told journalists that it was France's actions that led to a level of crisis in the relations between the two countries.
