Fitch predicts the signing of a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan before July 2024
Analysts at Fitch Solutions (part of the Fitch Group) believe that Azerbaijan and Armenia may sign a peace treaty in the first half of 2024, Report informs via Interfax.
“We consider it highly likely that the peace agreement will include provisions to strengthen Azerbaijan's control over the creation of the Zangazur corridor,” the document says.
In their opinion, after the anti-terrorist measures in September 2023, Azerbaijan strengthened its regional security in the short and medium term.
