The capitals of Azerbaijan and Pakistan, Baku and Islamabad, have become twin cities.
According to Report, the relevant document was signed within the framework of the state visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Pakistan on July 11.
The Chairman of Islamabad Capital Development Authority Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Head of Baku City Executive Power Eldar Azizov exchanged the copies of the "Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of fraternal relations between the city of Baku (Republic of Azerbaijan) and the city of Islamabad (Islamic Republic of Pakistan)".
