Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia must contain no open issues.
Speaking at a joint press conference with his Maltese counterpart, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ian Borg, the minister noted that intensive negotiations began in 2024.
"Negotiations were held between the parties in Munich, Berlin and Almaty. We have to be realistic in our expectations, I cannot reveal the details because there are specific points," Bayramov added.
Bayramov noted that the peace agreement should be a document with no open issues.
The peace treaty must contain no issues that could require negotiations after a while.
