The Deputy Minister also introduced new ideas and initiatives to enhance the OIC's potential, one of which is the establishment of an OIC Labor Center.

Four resolutions put forward by Azerbaijan were adopted at the conclusion of the Council of Ministers session.

The resolutions strongly condemn the policy of occupation and aggression carried out by Armenia against Azerbaijan for nearly 30 years, express support for the Azerbaijani government and people in eliminating the severe consequences of the occupation and carrying out restoration work. They also call on the international community to recognize the Khojaly massacre of 1992 as a genocide, a crime against humanity, and a war crime.
