Azerbaijan expects practical steps from Armenia regarding amendments to the Constitution, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, Report informs.
The minister said the Azerbaijani public knows that, besides the text of the peace agreement, there is another serious and open issue:
"This is the existence of territorial claims against Azerbaijan in the Constitution of Armenia and a number of legal normative acts. We expect serious practical steps from Armenia in this regard. We hear statements and peace-loving messages, but there is a serious lack of real steps."
