Baku. 22 January. REPORT.AZ/ Martin Odegaard, who was playing for Stromsgodset (Norwegian club), is a new player of "Real Madrid". Report informs referring to the official website of the "king club", 16-year-old midfielder will sign an official contract after medical examination. First he will play in the second team under the leadership of Zinedine Zidane. "Stromsgodset" will gain 3 million euro and a footballer 2.25 million euro from this transfer. England's "Liverpool", German "Bavaria" and the Dutch "Ajax" clubs were interested in Odegaard.

15-year-old Martin Odegaard made his debut at the age of 15 in the Norwegian championship and at the age of 16 in the national team. He is the youngest footballer who played in the qualifying round of the European Championship. The Norwegian national team is in the same group with the Azerbaijani national team in Euro 2016 qualifying group stage.
