Kazakh national team appoints new head coach

Baku. 1 March. REPORT.AZ/ A new head coach has been appointed to the national football team of Kazakhstan.
Report informs citing the local media, due to the unsuccessful performance of the team former head coach Russian Aleksandr Borodyuk replaced by Bulgarian Stanimir Stoilov. The appointment will be officially announced soon.
Notably, Stanimir Stoilov has been the head coach of Astana since 2014.
He soon became the most successful head coach in football history of Kazakhstan's club. Stoilov won team's championship in Kazakhstan, along with the Champions League group stage and 1/16 finals of the Europa League.
The experienced specialist worked as chief trainer of the Bulgarian team in 2007 and head coach in 2009-2010.
