Azerbaijani national team player signs contract with "Astana" - OFFICIAL

Baku. 4 July. REPORT.AZ/ Kazakhstan's "Astana" has signed a contract with player of the national football team of Azerbaijan, Richard Almeida.

Report informs, the club's official website reported. However, the terms and details of the contract with the midfielder are not disclosed. He has become a new member of the club as a free agent. The head coach of Astana is Roman Hryhorchuk from Gabala.

Notably, Richard Almeida has been wearing the Qarabagh FC uniform since 2012. In 2017, he became citizen of Azerbaijan and debuted in the national team. He had eight matches so far within national team.

Almeida's contract with Qarabag ended at the end of 2017-2018 season has not been extended.
