Shares of “Bashak Inam Sigorta” are on new issue

Baku. 12 November. REPORT.AZ/ The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered documentary shares of "Bashak Inam Sigorta" JSC. Report was told by press service of the company.
Issue volume of the registered emission is 1000 manats, state registration number AZ1001004683, emission volume 1 million manats, quantity of shares 5 000, nominal value of per share is 200 manats.
Underwriter of the operation will be "Сhelsea Capital" LLC.
