The Russian government expects a 12% decline in the country's economy this year, Report informs, citing Bloomberg.
If the agency's expectations are lived up, it will be the largest decline in Russia's GDP since 1994. This, in turn, means that Russia's economic development over the past decade will be equal to zero.
