Money transfers from Azerbaijan to Poland soar by 19%

In 2024, individual money transfers from Azerbaijan to Poland, excluding capital transactions, amounted to $5.6 million.

Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that this represents an 18.8% increase compared to 2023.

During the indicated period, the share of money transfers from Azerbaijan to Poland in the overall volume of remittances increased from 0.9% to 1.1%.

Last year, individuals sent $3.9 million from Poland to Azerbaijan, a 5.8% decrease compared to the previous year.

Over the year, the share of money transfers from Poland to Azerbaijan in the total volume of transfers rose from 0.2% to 0.4%.
