Economic growth in Azerbaijan reached 5.6%

Baku. 13 August. REPORT.AZ/ In January-July in Azerbaijan the volume of GDP increased by 5.6% to 32.1 billion manats compared with the same period of last year.
Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee, during this period, Gross domestic product (GDP) in non-oil sector grew by 9.0% in the oil sector - by 1.0%, the share of non-oil sector in GDP increased from 57.5% to 68% .
According to information, during this period 35.0% of GDP is produced in industry, 13.6% - construction, 6.0% - agriculture, forestry and fishing, 37.3% - in services. Net taxes on products and imports accounted for 8.1% of GDP.
